Order Processing:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Please note that during high-traffic seasons, such as holidays, processing may take a little longer.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Shipping Areas: Currently, we ship only within the United States.
- Delivery Time: Orders within the U.S. usually arrive within 5-9 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time(2-5 business days) + Shipping Time(Usually 5-8 business days, depending on your location)
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders over $99. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
- Shipping Partners: We use UPS and DHL for shipping.

- Shipping Delays: Unpredictable events such as severe weather may cause shipping delays. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@crazeshows.com so we can assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $10 re-delivery fee will be applied.

All U.S. orders include applicable sales tax in the item price.
