Return and Refund Policy

At Crazeshows, we stand dedicated to ensuring a smooth buying experience for our patrons. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us at support@crazeshows.com within 30 days of receiving the item, and we'll proceed with your return/exchange request. Please note that any request made beyond the 30-day window cannot be processed.
Return & Exchange Preconditions
  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • Items need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be repackaged in their original packing.
  • Product conditions must mirror their state at the time of receipt i.e., unworn or unused.
Kindly note that the following items are non-returnable:
  • Customized products are exempt from returns.
  • Customer-induced damages or loss won't qualify for refunds.
Standard Return Procedure:
  1. Kickstart a return: Drop an email at support@crazeshows.com encapsulating photos/videos of the items and your order number.
  2. Prepare for return: Once your return prerequisites check out, we'll furnish a return label and alert UPS or FedEx to arrange a pickup.
  3. Refund/Exchange: On receipt of your returned item, we'll conduct a thorough inspection over 5-7 working days and proceed with a relevant refund or exchange.
Return Charges:
  • In case of company-induced issues like wrong product delivery, quality disputes, or incorrect address, we'll ensure a full refund.
  • On the justification of customer at fault (disliking the product, incorrect order, faulty address provision), it is the customer's responsibility to bear the cargo charges (return shipping to the US warehouse typically ranges from $5-$10, determined by the size of the product).
  • Restocking fees won't apply for returned items.
Refunds:
  • On receipt and positive inspection of your return, we'll contact you regarding the acceptance or denial of your refund. In case of approval, your refund will be swiftly processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Should you not receive your refund within this time frame, please revisit your bank account and subsequently connect with your bank or credit card company as it often takes some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If the situation remains unresolved, feel free to contact us at support@crazeshows.com.
  • Please bear in mind: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
  • In case you wish to cancel your order, reach out to us promptly following your purchase. As long as your payment has been cleared and the parcel remains unshipped, we can cancel your order prior to delivery and issue a full refund. Do note that once the package is dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
In Case of Product damage:
  • Should you discover a part damaged during shipping or find a defect during installation, we commit to provide a free-of-charge replacement for the part. However, damages occurring or items lost due to customer negligence will not qualify for a refund.
